Seabulk Tankers, part of Seacor, is the third company to admit three product tankers to Marad’s Tanker Security Program, alongside a Crowley-Stena joint venture and Overseas Shipholding Group. The TSP’s aim is to provide the US Department of Defense with access to a fleet of 10 internationally-trading product tankers that can support the military during armed conflict or national emergencies
